Laura E. Pasquale, Ph.D., Founder and Owner
Dr. Laura E. Pasquale has more than 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, with clients including government, non-profit and social service organizations. She holds a doctoral degree in Human Science, with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Transformation, from Saybrook University, a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of New York.
Dr. Pasquale’s consulting practice is focused on building participatory organizational cultures, creating opportunities for interdisciplinary dialog and learning, and facilitating system change.
As an experienced instructor, Dr. Pasquale offers training to adults in academic and professional settings. Since 2009, she has taught undergraduate and graduate courses, both online and onsite.
In addition to writing successful funding and project proposals, her publications are directed toward management information systems, organizational development, performance improvement, and wellness.
