To the point: Do you really want to pin your income on such an individual, or worse, on the “narcissistic organization”, which is also impervious to feedback and ruthlessly uses employees? Remember the old adage: If you do what you did, you’ll get what you got.
The best strategy in such cases is not coping, it’s exiting. Quickly. Stage right.
