The UK assesses the quality of its public services

For a look at how another health care system is assessing the quality of care and support services for adults, see the following free report from the United Kingdom’s Department of Health:

Adult Social Care Outcomes report from the UK

The report addresses outcomes for groups including individuals with learning disabilities, consumers of mental health services, and individuals over the age of 65.

Of particular interest is the depiction of “shared or complementary” (not competing or conflicting) outcomes in the Department of Health and National Health Service.
